Online Guidelines

Note:

  • All abstracts must be submitted through the online portal under the relevant themes, that is accessible after login on ICCC website https://www.iccc2027india.org.
  • Fill in the corresponding author's name and e-mail address properly - these contact details will serve for further correspondence with the authors.
  • In authors details, details of all authors including corresponding author required to be filled.
  • The corresponding/presenting author may not be the first author.
  • Authors will be notified about the delivery of their abstract by e-mail immediately. In case you will not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please check your spam folder and in case of no confirmation e-mail, please contact: iccc-2027[at]ncbindia[dot]com.
  • Abstracts have to be written in English only.
  • Submitted abstracts must be original. Abstracts previously published or presented at an international scientific meeting shall not be submitted.
  • The text of the abstract together with the title, list of authors and institutions have to fit in on one – two A4 pages.
  • The abstract should be typeset in 10-point Times New Roman with single inter-line spacing.
  • The Title of the paper should be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS on the top of the first page within the area indicated in the specimen.
  • The style of Title will be centralized text as follows:

    TITLE OF PAPER -12 pt capital bold in Times New Roman font.

    Author name -11 pt upper/lower bold in Times New Roman font.

    Organisation name -10 pt upper/lower light italics in Times New Roman font.

  • The abstract to be submitted in word format only.
  • Do not use images in Abstract.
  • After submission of abstract, the details (including the title and the list of authors and affiliations) will be locked and it will not be possible to edit it any longer.
  • Please submit your abstract as soon as possible on or before 31st January 2026.
  • Evaluation of all received abstracts is planned to be completed on or before June 2026.
  • Only corresponding author will be informed about the results of the evaluation by e-mail and on website.
